Norwegian Fjords and North Cape Cruise - 13 days - £1260

Enjoy a classic cruise through some of Europe’s most spectacular scenery. Wake up as we sail gracefully through steep sided fjords and tumbling waterfalls or sit back and enjoy the wildlife which flourishes off Norway’s coast.

The highlight of this voyage is the North Cape, Europe’s northernmost point located well inside the Arctic Circle. Along the way, this incredible voyage will also take in the Sognefjord and Gerainger Fjord as well as the historic ports of Bergen and Stavenger. This cruise departs just after the summer solstice meaning you will enjoy the unusual experience of almost 24 hour daylight while cruising in the fjords and the Arctic Circle.

Your Itinerary

Day 1: Travel to Southampton to board the Norwegian Jade.

Day 2: Settle in and relax and enjoy the ship’s facilities.

Day 3: Wake up this morning to see the magnificent Sognefjord. We spend the afternoon moored off Flam where you can go ashore by tender.

Day 4: Arrive in the port of Kristiansund.

Day 5: Continue northwards and officially cross into the Arctic Circle.

Day 6: We reach Honningsvag on Magero Island. We recommend you book on the shore excursion to the North Cape Village.

Day 7: Relax once more as we cruise back along the Norwegian Coast.

Day 8: We spend today in Trondheim.

Day 9: Spend the morning at the Viking village of Hellesylt before cruising along the spectacular Gerainger Fjord. The afternoon is spent in Gerainger.

Day 10: Today we reach and have free time in Bergen.

Day 11: Stavenger is our port of call today.

Day 12: We leave Norway today as we cruise back through the North Sea.

Day 13: Morning sees us safely back in Southampton, from where we return home.
